Cortex XDR is clearly superior to other market competitors in terms of value for money. The software is easy and intuitive to use, while DTS regularly informs us about the latest updates and answers questions with fast and competent support.

Implementation and deployment of the software went smoothly. During deployment, the DTS technician provided detailed training in using the software. This meant that no further training was required. Distribution of the agents was completed within a few hours, as we were able to use our existing software distribution. Cooperation with DTS has been and still is very good. Security events were handled by the DTS Helpdesk and forwarded to Palo Alto Networks where necessary.
